With 147 branch offices in 83 countries the Goethe-Institut actively imparts the German language and culture all over the world. Such a great amount of events and courses requires a flexible participant administration. Aracom therefore has developed a software solution, which communicates with SAP. It integrates the accounting and additional services such as Visa, accommodation and grants. All courses are published via an interface to the internet. The system then gathers the applications and automatically initiates the otherwise time-consuming organizational duties. The institute is relieved and the course participants can focus on the learning content.
